Activation code scratched off
I have accidentally scratched off some of the letters of the activation code and I am now unable to see a few letters. I am very disappointed as I was hoping it would be easier to reveal the activation code. Is there any way I can receive another code to unlock this feature?

Please send me a photo of the scratched card and the serial number of the headset via PM, along with the email address you used to register the device. I can use them to check its registration status, verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there.
