Activation error of channel 7.1 has already been used

Hi, I got a Black Shark V2 headset. I recently came to the site to activate the 7.1 channel and click on the serial number, and the model and everything comes up, but when I click on add, it says that the code has already been used, please help.

I live in Iran and I paid all the money for this headset and I am very sad that it does not work and I am sure that it is original, if possible, please help me.

If it was original, then you'll be able to register it without problem.

If it was original, then you'll be able to register it without problem.

If possible, I can send you a link where I have uploaded the purchase information and the serial number to Google Driver, and please send me the new code to activate 7.1. If you do this, I would really appreciate it.

Please PM with your headset's serial number and the email address you're using to register your device. It would be helpful if you could also attach a screenshot of the error message and proof of purchase for your device.
