Hi there, i bought Razer Blackshark v2 X usb Headset and i want to active 7.1 sound
i registered it in razer id with it serial number. it added to razer id and sent me activation code
but when i enter it in THX SPATIAL AUDIO app it says “the code you have entered does not seem to be valid. please try again”

Hey,
You have entered it on the wrong app. The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
