I bought the Razer barracuda X through wallapop and when I install the THX spatial audio software it asks me for an activation code that the seller has not given me, could I activate them by the serial number of the device?

The Razer Razer Barracuda X (RZ04-0380) and Razer Barracuda X (2022) (RZ04-0443) are bundled with the 7.1 Surround Sound. You can get the 7.1 Surround Sound code after product registration.
