After about 12 days my headset died.

Its a razer kraken ultimate which I have just bought from the online store about 3 weeks ago and it broke basically immediately. I have no clue what happened, it just stopped working. My PC and my friends PC's refused to recognize the headsets existence it was like it wasn't even there. There is nothing wrong with the physical product, at least not on the outside. I was literally just wearing them and they stopped working.

I also can no longer return it because while I did contact support immediately to help me fix the issue at this point its past the 2 week return window.
