After reboot i cant use synapse 3

Hello, I got a new razer hunstman opto. but I'm having trouble with synapse 3. When I install the synapse 3 program, it says "reboot required" and I approve it, but I cannot control my device when I enter the application. The computer sees the device but cannot assign colors etc. I can only fix the problem by repair from the control panel, but when I restart the computer, I still have the same problem.

      The best way will be to uninstall all razer softwere from your pc go to device menager remove keybord unplug it and reboot pc when it start plug keybord back and install synapse. Remember to delete all files that stay after remove the synapse becose it load them back to new clean install.
