After restarting my PC I can't choose the option in my sound for the 7.1 surround sound.

I don't know why. It all start with problem with teams and the 7.1 surround sound. I went on the the sound setting and did a quick trouble shoot. After the trouble shoot it ask me to restart my computer and after the restart now my 7.1 surround sound doesn't even appear in my sound options there is no option for even looking at this options... I am at a complete lost.

    Bro I have the same problem i bought a kraken lite so i downloaded the app but i dont have the headset opcion i only have the screen opcion
