After the last update something is wrong

Greetings,
I have a BlackWidow V2 Chrome. After the last synapse update some keys are not smooth enough. Like when I press it in a certain angle, it clicks but does not type.

Yesterday it was my "T" key. Today it is the "J" key. My T key just got fixed by itself but now its the J key. I dont know whats happening. I removed them and checked if there was something stuck or w/e but no.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please log in as a guest user and observe the Blackwidow Chroma V2's behavior.

Hi there,

I just tested what you said. Firstly I closed all razer apps and tested, same result. Then i launched them and logged in as guest. Again its still the same.

I dont know if its a physical problem but i checked all of the keys and they are clean nothing is inside in those switches.

Thanks for letting me know. Ensure to connect the device directly to your computer's USB port. If you are using a desktop PC, please connect it to the rear USB port and check if there's a difference. Also, connect the keyboard to a different computer and see if the behavior persists. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
Plugging it into a USB2 port fixed the issue for a while. But it seems to be that its not a permanent fix. Because I'm starting to get the same problem again on a USB2 port.

Thanks for letting me know. Please login as a guest user account in Razer Synapse 3.0 as an additional isolating test. By the way, there's a recent update for the Razer Synapse 3.0 that is meant to fix the recently reported software issue. Please install all the available updates and observe.
