Hi, I have a problem with the razer Baracuda x headphones and I can't get 7.1 sound through the 7.1 Surround Sound app. I first uninstalled the 7.1 driver and then it didn't install. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I have Windows 11. Please advise how to get it working again

So I finally came up with a solution! After so much trouble, I finally succeeded!
The procedure is simple.
1. Go to device manager.
2. Add legacy hardware
3. There, leave the first box checked.
4.Give another
5. Video and game sound controllers
6.Select Razer and 7.1 sound
7.That's it 7.1 sound will now be in device manager as well as sound menu
Let me know how it goes

This should be automatically detected so people don't have to go through that entire process.
Anyways, thanks for the information,

Hey TAN86G0 and Kosta300! You may also try the recommended steps from this article. Otherwise, download and install the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, restart the computer, reinstall the application and repeat my initial recommendation if it is still required.
