AIO RGB not workling

When booting all works OK, and a few seconds after the windows login, the keyboard blinks(The razer synapse starts)

 

And the AIO lighting stops working.

 

I hope this could be fixed. Another thing is that the mobo isnt recognized correctly (Asrock x870E nova wifi) even though the sync between periphericals and the fans works perfectly… Except the AIO RGB

Search for the firmware update on the AIO Cooler and download it from the razer website. It should work flawlessly after the update.

Was it working fine before? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the lighting issue you're currently experiencing?
