I turned on my computer today to find all but one of my DOZENS of macros and profiles JUST FLAT OUT GONE!!!!!
2 weeks ago i already made the move to the new synapse because 3.0 stopped functioning correctly and I lost all my macros there as well, and it took me two entire days to get everything set again!!! And I only lost everything there because their tech support told me to do an action I had a feeling would make me lose everything and they said it wouldnt, BUT IT DID!!!!
WHY ARE THEY JUST GONE AGAIN!
THIS IS SO FREAKING FAR BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE RAZER!!!!
