All Store orders cancelled

I have tried to purchase the Razer THX Spatial audio software and every time I do the order gets cancelled. I have tried with 4 different credit cards with two people and tried paypal. The funds are taken then refunded and the order cancelled. Can this software be purchased anywhere besides here?

    HI, I have the same problem here. I think it is because we are located in countries without a proper online store. I am in the UAE and all the stores are in Europe, US or Asia so each time it gets declined. Where are you based please? Still we need a fix to this problem as I purchased The BlackShark Prov2 to be able to use the THX Spatial audio. Otherwise I need a refund and will never buy another Razer product.
