Today i bought headphones - blackshark v2 with s/n (ommited0, p/n RZ04-03240700-**** and tried to activate 7.1 surround sound, but to do this i should activate device in my profile on razer. So when i try to do this i have a message that this device already registered. Please, help me, it was my first razer device and i’m dreaming about razer things since my school era. I do not need register devise, just 7.1 code so i can use it in games.

Have you tried reaching put to the reseller to request for a replacement? You can send me a PM with the headsets serial number and the proof of purchase for validation. Kindly note that we don’t have the option to remove the product registration or request a new code if the serial number is already linked to other account.
