Dang, just when i needed my tartarus the most, im a heavy photoshop photo editor, the Tartarus looses its memory. No way of restoring a settings, logging into the cloud does zipo, and i have to spend precious time reprogramming the unit until it does it all over again.

May have to look at cheaper chinese units, at least the settings are local and you can back them up.....

But the Tartarus looks nice !!!!

Tartarus does not have any onboard memory, but I understand what you're trying to say. I think the problem lies with your Razer ID. Have you tried clean installing the app, or maybe switching to a newly registered account? Please PM me should you want to try to troubleshoot and further isolate the issue.
