Another Nari Crackling Thread

So, I love my Nari for the most part. The only thing that really dives me nuts is that high frequency sounds cause static-crackly sounds. Doesn't matter if it's a song or voice, if the frequency hits certain notes, it sounds like static. Has happened since first test on them. I don't listen to music, movies, or anything really with a particularly high volume, and it doesn't matter what EQ settings I do unless I use it to reduce high frequencies altogether, but then what's the point? Anyone have thoughts on this?

Does it have the same issue without Synapse in the background? For now, isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify its model and look into a firmware-specific solution. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
