another person with the same problem with basilisk v3

Razer basilisk v3 (wired) stopped working from one moment to the next, it doesn't work on my pc or any other, it has only been used for 3 months, it has never been dropped or hit, at first it didn't do anything, now it turns on the rgb and it flashes a green light but it's useless
