Another synapse "device not working" complaint

Title says it all, tried the tips in the thousands of other threads about it with no luck, uninstalling the devices, drivers, software restarting the pc an absurd amount of times, reinstalling everything over and over again in different orders, unplugging and replugging the mouse after all of this in different usb ports (Deathadder Essential, which is listed in the supported devices btw). So what's left? Seems like my options are either giving up on razer synapse entirely and dealing with the basic green or finding a different company that might actually be able to make a chroma software/ help fix it.



Update: It detects my mouse now for SOME reason, but chroma studio in particular doesn't recognize it as well as none of the lighting changes actually taking effect. it says the deathadder essential is a supported device, what gives?



Second update: Turns out I'm just a straight up moron and didn't realize the mouse isn't even capable of changing colors.
