Any advice on my Blade 18 '23 right speaker that no longer outputs sounds and now crackles on certain frequencies?

I believe it was around the time of 24H2 update, that my top right speaker on my Blade 18 stopped working (it took a while to notice since I used headphones part of the time). The crackling has suddenly started out of nowhere, whereas before it ONLY crackled (post-speaker-breaking) on a single YT video that played the frequencies we lose the ability to hear as we get older. It took me a while to kind of piece the whole problem together. I finally utilized my laptop’s Bluetooth functionality for headphones, and experienced a half second delay in-game, which is wholly unacceptable for such hardware - and never presented itself as a problem on my MSI Stealth (a far cheaper laptop with inferior hardware).

I found that by opening the sound settings that controls Input/Output devices, a new sound icon in the mixer appears that simply says ‘Sound’ with volume locked to 1. While this settings window is open, and the icon remains in the mixer - it appears to override whatever audio issue/driver is causing the delay (and inferior sound quality), and the headphones sound GOOD and have NO latency - so it’s very clear this hardware is capable of working as intended. It got me back into the 24H2 issue, and I was wondering if I should update my Intel Bluetooth Drivers manually - as the Razer support site shows NO audio drivers in the section - only Bios/Firmware installers. My drivers appear to be old when viewing in Device Manager, as they are an entire version behind the Intel site’s latest - BT-23.120.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe - as mine is a BT-22. Also, if there’s anything to be done for the right onboard top speaker not working since 24H2 (and now crackling, as appears a common issue in the past few months of posts I’ve seen).

Hitting ‘update drivers’ does what it always does, and says “nah they good, most up to date” - which is wrong, but am I cool to just update manually using Intel drivers? I ask primarily because I want to know if there’s going to be conflict with Razer and Synapse (also, no sound setting in Synapse, and THX drivers appear to have been removed if it had them?)

Any help, insight, or advice is greatly appreciated - as I spent thousands on a laptop with a latency-riddled-BT & busted-and-now-crackling speaker, and the need to rig up a BT override by opening the sound settings and leaving it open. This feels like… Well it feels bad, man. Many thanks for anything y’all could provide me with.

PS. Is this supposed to be how we open a Razer support ticket? I’ve never had to do so, but I didn’t see a ticket submission anywhere on the site that wasn’t only listing things like ‘razer gold purchase, suggestion, etc.’ under topics - basically nothing relating to Razer’s core products, like my Blade 18.
