ANZU assistant change to Alexa

Hello, I have a Samsung s10e phone that Anzu is paired with . When i do the tap and hold button command on Anzu, it brings up Bixby. Bixby sucks. How do I change that to talk with Alexa instead which is also on my phone?

So... no body knows the answer to this then, we don't even have any razer support people cursing their official forums? I thought the answer might be to set the default assistant on the phone itself in apps > defaults > assistant or whatever. But ANZU triggers bixby still even with the phone set to alexa.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Were you able to download and install the Razer Anzu app? Allow me to forward this to our Support Team. Were you able to replicate it when paired to a different phone? Please send me the device's serial number that starts with "SN" via PM so I can forward this behavior to our Support Team.

Alright, here is the fix after much tinkering to stop Bixby from triggering via Bluetooth and let Alexa instead: Go to Phone Settings, Apps Scroll through to Bixby and click on each one: Tap Bixby Routines Makes sure it's 'no default set' and tap 'clear default' if it's not greyed out Tap Bixby Vision, make sure it's 'no default set' and tap 'clear default' if it's not greyed out Tap Bixby Voice, make sure it's 'no default set' and tap 'clear default' if it's not greyed out Tap Bixby VisionFramework, make sure it's 'no default set' and tap 'clear default' if it's not greyed out Make sure your Alexa app is installed and working Now assuming you have ANZU connected to your phone already, tap and hold to trigger AI Assistant If these steps have worked your phone should give you an OS pop-up asking you to pick your Bluetooth triggered AI. Pick Alexa and test it out by asking the time or weather. Alexa should respond, not Bixby. If you want Alexa to respond on your phone by holding the HOME button, Go back to phone settings > Apps > Choose Default Apps > Digital Assistant > pick Alexa here . This will trigger alexa when holding the phones home button down. This setting does not alter the Bluetooth AI assistant settings.

Thanks for sharing, TANK2old2play! I'll forward this to our Support Team and devs as it can be used in Razer's knowledge base. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns. I'll be locking this thread now.
