WHEN I OPEN THE APP TO CONFIGURE THE CONTROL, I AM NOT DETECTED BY THE CONTROLLER, I CANNOT MOVE WITH THE CONTROL WITHIN THE APP. I DON'T THINK IT CAN BE.

    Which platform are you using the controller? Can you send me a short video clip of the issue? That way, I can properly grasp the situation and advice you accordingly. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your device via PM so I can verify its model and check its specifications.
