apps not working

Same here. Except mine is not working with Overwatch. I played Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal, and the Chroma effects work just fine. Seems to be a Blizzard Launcher Issue. As its just Blizzard games that are not working with the Chroma Effects.

Same happened to me with Overwatch this week... Tried reinstalling Synapse 3 and now I have an empty App list under the connect tab. I really miss my chroma efects 😣

Same only Overwatch :( Euro truck and Apex no problems, only OW .

Same here since I had a update for overwatch and razer there are no games listed under connect. Followed the fresh install instructions, even removed program files for razer, services and app data etc. Rebooted between each action and overwatch still does not appear in connect. Just purchased the keyboard from Razer about one week ago and really gutted. Please help.

Further to my last entry, I have installed Elite Dangerous 3rd party sdk through Razer links. The app works with Chroma etc but is not listed in the connect apps like it was before the Razer update.

I found this on Overwatch Bill Warnecke 110 posts Overwatch Developer 2d We have temporarily disabled Razer Chroma support due to a common client crash. This functionality will be enabled in a future patch.

I have problems with my Apps in razer synapse, I can't seem to connect with Diablo 3 to get chroma efects, It does however work with other games but not D3, I've tried multiple things like un-installing game and removing game files, and un installing synapse and removing razer files, but nothing works. does anyone know how to solve this?

Does it got fix? or isn't?

In the U.K. there was a Overwatch update I received this morning. Tested the game after battle net had updated. Keyboard profile still does not work and still not showing in Razer connect.

Just to add I have noticed the third party sdk for elite dangerous has appeared in razer connect when I select all programs and with no razer update. No Overwatch sdk after Overwatch update this morning so keyboard lights not working with this game as not listed in connect.

Thanks for updating this thread @Apple_Crumble. I've reported this to our developers. They're currently investigating this behavior. However, there's no ETA yet. I'll post again if there's an update from the team.

Another Overwatch update was received and installed this morning in the UK. Keyboard lights still not working with Overwatch and Overwatch not listed in Razer Connect.

Thank you for this. I spent hours today trying to figure out why it didn't work anymore.

Good News, the latest Razer Synapse update in the UK fixed Overwatch and Overwater automatically appeared under connect apps once I launched the game. Many thanks Razer.
