Artifacts on screen. Need urgent help.

Hello. I've started to get some weird artifacts on my work computer and i can't work because of it. https://gyazo.com/e30e27772477e25a9d339c1a219e606b This is how it looks like. Although not all the time. I tried using an external monitor and the error was the same. My company purchased the computer less than a year ago aswell so we still have the warranty i presume.
