Attempt to Top-Up with Razer Gold Failed. "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again"

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to top-up oneiric shards in Honkai Star Rail with Razer Gold but I'm unable to do so as I encounter this "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again" issue at the 2-FA page when completing the payment. 

 

I noticed a lot of people are experiencing the same issue too, any luck with your progress? I'd appreciate some help here :(

 

I tried using backup codes, but unfortunately I also need to go through the 2-FA page and its not working.

Hi Razer I’m currently experiencing the same thing I tried logging out and logging in to my account and whenever I am in the 2 way authentication to get OTP from text I am getting this error message saying there’s an expected error please assist.
