I just installed Synapse because my friend had told me my audio was quite & i had it previously but when i just installled it now, it completely killed my audio, i can't hear anything at all & my mic activity also doesn't work.
I then uninstalled synapse hoping that would do the trick however it didn't. Has this occured to anyone else & is there indeed a fix for this.
I'm using the Razer Blackshark v2 X & i'm using Synapse 3.
Have you tried looking at windows Audio mixer? Maybe you have all apps muted.
i have an issues freom my razer blackshark v2 x, i’ve just bought it, i installed surround sound and did all needed, on my pc i did choose as out put audio the surround sound speakers, and on surround audio i did choose my head set, but when i listen an audio from a video or just music i hear cracking sound, i heart only little pieces of the sound. My jack is plugged correctly and my windows is updated. i’ve just bought my headt set i dont know if i have to update the firmware and i dont know how to do it.

it does work if i dont choose on my pc out put audio the surround sound as out put, but if i choose my head set as out put it works ,but on the surround sound software it says to put the surround sound speakers to be using surround sound. so that’s the isssues i got
