Audio clickering after Windows 10 2004 update

Hi guys, after updating Windows 10, my audio start to be annoying and make noise to hear. When i switch to Realtek audio works fine. There is an any fix for this? Thanks!

I posted about this too. The new 2004 update seems incompatible. I think it's up to Razer to try to issue a fix otherwise. Not much you can do, besides reverting your Windows 10 build, if you can still.
