Audio constantly popping while using system
I have an early 2020 Blade 15 base. A few months ago, something happened to my audio and I am constantly getting popping noises while using the system. It sounds like unplugging and plugging in a pair of earphones.
I have the laptop connected to an M-Audio Air 192|4 audio interface which I use to record music with. I listen to audio primarily through this interface, for day-to-day use, including gaming, watching videos, listening to music and as mentioned earlier recording music.
The popping / crackling I hear is intermittent and doesn't seem to be caused by a specific action. I can be typing or browsing and it will happen. Or I can just sit back and listen to music and it will happen. Or I can be doing nothing and it will still happen. And these are at random intervals, not every minute or so.
I have Task Manager open and on average see my CPU usage between 20-47% and my memory usage sitting at around 70-85%. I have downloaded the most updated drivers from the Razer website, and the most recent driver for my interface. What could be causing this issue?
