Audio from headset is stuttering and lagging
Hi!
I just recently bought a Deathadder Elite and got it today. I connected it to my PC and worked fine. It then suggested I downloaded Synapse, so I did. I registered my mouse and was able to fix and customize it, so I thought everything was okay.
But then now, my headset's audio is stuttering and lagging. I was trying to listen to music after fixing my mouse and I tried updating my audio's drivers but they were up to date. I had no problem with my headset before this, so I'm not sure what the problem is and why the audio is suddenly stuttering and lagging.
Can someone maybe help me understand and give solutions to fix my audio?
P.S. I have an HP H500GS gaming headset.

_bmauIs the Razer Deathadder Elite works fine now? Also, try updating your computer's operating system and its Razer Synapse. Should the issue persists, please contact your headset's manufacturer. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
