My razer audio mixer stopped working recently, it can hear audio from the but the import channel doesn’t work. Razer synapse says it’s unable to load audio drivers and that is should unplug it and plug it back in but that didn’t work.

My razer audio mixer stopped working recently, it can hear audio from the but the import channel doesn’t work. Razer synapse says it’s unable to load audio drivers and that is should unplug it and plug it back in but that didn’t work.Please check if your device’s firmware is updated. Also, I suggestrepairing your Razer Synapse 3 by following the steps here.
