My razer audio mixer stopped working recently, it can hear audio from the but the import channel doesn’t work. Razer synapse says it’s unable to load audio drivers and that is should unplug it and plug it back in but that didn’t work.

My razer audio mixer stopped working recently, it can hear audio from the but the import channel doesn’t work. Razer synapse says it’s unable to load audio drivers and that is should unplug it and plug it back in but that didn’t work.
Please check if your device’s firmware is updated. Also, I suggest repairing your Razer Synapse 3 by following the steps here. If the persists, please send me a video showing the issue so I can help initiate an investigation by uploading the file to any online hosting site and sending the shareable link to me via PM.
