Hello, friends!
(Immediately I apologize for the language, I am writing through a translator as I do not speak English well.)
I am writing with a pressing problem. Synchronization of two ecosystem data. On your Chroma support site, there is a list of supported devices from various vendors. But not from Asus. Not ROG or TUF. It is a little unclear why. Aura Sync appeared about 5 years ago and still has no support at Razer. Using the method of guides (by the way, right there on the forum), I still synchronized these two ecosystems. But honestly, these are crutches. And the topic that has been raised on your forum for 2 years already. I understand that maybe this is not so relevant for many. It is possible that most people are not interested in it at all. But, if the problem still exists, is it possible in the future to make it so that it does not appear? Is it realistic for developers to integrate full Aura Sync support as a module in future Razer Synapse updates? Similar to Philips HUE or Nanoleaf? Fun fact. I wrote about this problem to the Russian Razer community. Do you know what they answered? I quote: "If your system unit does not have the Razer Chroma support icon, then you are not syncing in any way. We can not help you." Everything. This is all user support. What does the Chroma support icon have to do with my system unit, which, by the way, I assembled myself from components? Well, let me stick the badge myself, so that Razer Chroma support will appear right away? It's funny, but as it is. Thanks to the people who answered me here in detail, and did not write, they say in any way, go for a walk.
I really hope that in the future, developers will still hear me (and possibly those people who have raised this topic more than once), and still integrate full Aura Sync support into their Razer Synapse application.
Thanks in advance!
PS: And if suddenly anyone is interested, I managed to achieve synchronization thanks to the ChromaControl.Asus.Package program from AndrewBabbitt97. After installation, I got the CHROMA CONTROL - ASUS module. Yes, it is still raw, there are minor glitches such as resetting the backlight. But that's better than nothing at all.
Best regards, P430P
