Authentication error

Hi whenever I purchase diamonds for MLBB using Gold Razer it wont proceed due to the authentication step. No codes are being sent and a red box with an error unexpected issue something pop up stating I need to refresh the page. Which i did and it's still the same. Tried using a different phone and browser, I even tried a computer still the same result. I need help with this please.
