Authenticator issue

I haven’t opened my razer acc in so long and I have only used this once and it didn’t require any 2 step authentication. Now, it only requires the 2 step authentication and mind you I haven’t opened my acc in awhile so I haven’t paired this site to any authentication app but for some reason every time I try make a purchase it wants mo to enter a 2 step authentication code or a backup code which AGAIN, I don’t have. And whenever I try to fix the 2 step authentication in the settings guess what pops up? A damn 2 step authentication that I haven’t even set up. Fix this shit it’s pissing me off
