Auto-typing Black Window V3 (Normal version)

Hi everyone, I bought the Black Window V3 keyboard in February of this year. But now it's having a pretty big problem that it's auto-typing even though I don't use it, especially when I'm working like coding,... then it's auto-typing. I tried searching for firmware of black window V3 but it seems Razer no longer supports this product. Do you guys have any idea how to deal with this situation? Looking forward to your support.

What letters do you include? Something concrete? Have you tried to clean it by taking out all the keycaps? Blow out with compressed air. Is it possible to change the switches there?

when connecting the keyboard to the PC with the usb port, the caplock light flashes continuously and when opening a web browser with several tabs or more, it automatically moves through the tabs equivalent to using Ctrl + 1, 2, 3, . ... And I have not tried to clean the keycap because it is still under warranty. I am afraid that if I remove it Razer will void the warranty for the above reason.
