I bought Razer blackshark v2 x headphones and when I can't get the activation code, it says that it already exists, but it wasn't included

The activation code for Razer BlackShark V2 X is typically found on the scratch card included in the device packaging, as mentioned here. If the activation code has already been used and you did not receive one, we suggest reaching out to the reseller to take advantage of your warranty.
