AX200 not starting, code 10 on Blade 15 Advanced 2019

This morning, I booted my blade 15 laptop up, and the WiFi and Bluetooth were no longer working. Upon further investigation, it appears to be an issue with the intel AX200. I am currently connected via my thunderbolt dock and ethernet port.





**Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz**



This device cannot start. (Code 10)



{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful.



So far I've:

-restarted the laptop

-cold booted the laptop

-verified all razer services are running

-attempted to update the intel drivers

-uninstalled the device through the device manager

-performed a system restore / fresh windows boot



Please help!
