Backshark v2 X, says that the product is already registered, I can't get the activation code. I can send all the proofs (codes), I bought new ones.

Please check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box. If the code has already been used or if the card is missing, we recommend returning the device to the reseller. If you need further assistnce, you can PM me the headset’s serial number and proof of purchase with the store name so I can verify the infromation. Thanks!
