I have lost access to my 2FA (authenticator app) and cannot log into my Razer Gold account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the backup codes either.
Could you please help me disable or reset the 2FA so I can access my account again?
Here are my details:

I lubricate the new backpack codes. My good backup code was 11772875
