Bad/Crackling Audio (Razer Ripsaw)

Hello! I'm having a terrible issue capturing audio from my Razer Ripsaw. Below is a link to sample the audio. Sounds really "wavy" and through my headset, add a lot of crackle and static noise even though the video doesn't contain the noise.. Has anyone experienced this / know a fix? What I've tried so far: 1) Different cables and devices plugged into the Ripsaw 2) Uninstall all Razer software and reinstall 3) Different capturing software Nothing works. Either there is a setting that can be adjusted or the capture card has gone bad. Would love any thoughts!
