Baracuda X issues

Im having issues out of my new headset. Im unable to get it to connect with the usb C port anymore along with when just doing it by bluetooth is sounds terrible. I wanted to try and set up a profile on Synapse but it wont even reconize that i have the headset on there either, I would love if someone would be able to assist since this is my first bluetooth mic and first razer headset
