I own a Barracuda BT headset (P/N: RZ04-03790100, S/N: IN2220D17201554) and I'm facing the exact issue described in this thread:

My headset enters Bluetooth pairing mode (blinking blue LED), but it never shows up in the Bluetooth list of any phone or computer. Interestingly, the Razer Audio mobile app detects the device and connects over BLE, but the phone cannot stream audio via Bluetooth — the headset never appears as an audio output device.
I tried resetting the headset, clearing the Bluetooth cache, and testing on multiple devices. No luck. I suspect this is a firmware issue, but I have no dongle and no way to update the firmware.
Is there any way to restore full Bluetooth audio functionality or force a complete firmware recovery?
