Barracuda: Mic not working at all though thru Bluetooth & Dongle

Hello! I just bought a Barracuda (Black version), connected the dongle and everything seemed fine until I tried to use the mic. My Razer barracuda turns off whenever the mic needs to work. I can listen to music on them through BT on the phone but as soon as i get a call they turn off. Same thing happens on PC. I can use them as a head phone but As soon as I open zoom and select it as a mic it turns off. This is disappointing. The reason I chose this headphone is so that I could use them on work calls and swap to my phone audio easily.
