Barracuda x (2021) driver issues

My barracuda X (2021) driver refuses to connect to windows 11, it will appear and disappear over and over again, I can't select it and it only happens with the dongle. the headset works fine with aux, the only reason I cant use the Aux Cord is because it is broken. Please help
