My Razer Barracuda X (2021) model stops working. I tried all the possible troubleshooting. updating firmware, checking connection, but same issue. I tried to check the microphone privacy settings and paring it again but no luck. hope anyone can look on to this issue. Thanks in advance!

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
