Barracuda X 2022 dongle stopped working

Hi! 
I’ve been using my Barracuda X (2022) now for a few months with my ps5 and really like it. Yesterday I was playing and suddenly the sound stopped, and the led on the headset turned blue. The USB C dongle was very hot and is no longer showing up in the ps 5 menu. Tried with my macbook and with the usb c to a adapter but nothing. It’s like it’s died. 
Has anyone else seen something like this? Do I need to get a replacement or send the whole thing back for repair? the headset is working fine with bt or cable but the main usage for me is with the dongle with ps5

Hello orskovacs,

I understand the wireless dongle of your Razer Barracuda X has stopped working, before we go any further though, have you tried testing the dongle on a different USB post to check if the issue perisist? Please PM me witha copy of your receipt through Google Drive so I can verify its warranty and our options for a replacement. All the best!
