Barracuda x 2022 turns off randomly for no reason every minute.. Any solution?

I bought my headset a few days ago ( Barracuda x 2022 ) 
Since the first day have this issue, randomly turns off.
Downloaded and activated the 7.1 → still not working fine.

Have you already tried performing steps in an attempt to fix or isolate the issue? Does the problem persist regardless of using it is wired or wireless? ​​​​​If so, PM me your device serial number so I can check for available firmware updates and provide additional steps to fix it. All the best!
