Hello! my Barracuda X  is not working.

i have the USB to USB-C input wire on due to USB-C ports hogged.

I have replugged the dongle, turned on and off my headset, replugged the detachable microphone,

and ive done so much stuff with the windows 11 microsoft settings

PLEASE HELP

RAZER SUPPORT DOES NOT HELP.

THERE ARE NO GOOD ANSWERS. PLEASE. HELP.
