as in the topic barracuda x turns off while using them - during a conversation on teams. after turning the headphones back on the problem seems to be gone.

it works like this:
- I turn on the headphones
- I call someone on tems
- after 14-15 minutes the headphones turn off by themselves and I hear the sound "turn off"
- I turn the headphones back on
- I can talk for an hour without the headphones turning off by themselves

has anyone had this problem?
I will only add that it was not like this from the beginning when I had the headphones but after some time.

Im sorry if this isnt relevant but im new to the barracuda X, may i ask how do you get your mic to work wirelessly? i realised it has a two line jack, my computer does not pick up the mic extension but audio works perfectly fine.

maybe you didn't press the microphone into the socket hard enough? I didn't have to do anything extra for the microphone to work properly
