I got my son the Barracuda X Headphones for Christmas and cannot get them to pair/connect to his PS4, his phone Motorola, my phone Samsung, or my computer wirelessly. The light just blinks blue and then shuts off. If I plug the headphones directly into the computer with the USB cable the computer sees it right away. when i plug the dongle into the computer , the computer doesn't see anything plugged in.
