Barracuda X doesn't works wireless

Hello everyone ! I bought Razer Barracuda X a few days ago. I can use it with jack 3,5mm, but the headset can't connect itself on wireless system (on USB plug). So is there something like a driver or software to use ? Thanks in advance

I forgot to say, the blue light just flashes, so I think there's a pairing problem

Is it possible for you to connect your headset to a different computer or a console that has USB type-C and check if the issue is the same? Please send me the serial number of your Barracuda X via PM. I can use it to help me look for possible solutions. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
