Barracuda X Dongle Doesn't Work

Hello, I bought a Barracuda X 2021 a month ago and I was very happy with it until recently it just suddenly stopped working. I came back and booted up my pc to find that my headset wasn't working. The blue connection dot lights up without blinking so I guess it connects to the dongle but it doesn't play the beep boop sound it makes when powered up or down. So it doesn't work with the pc. I tested it with my phone as well and no luck there either. I reinstalled my audio drivers and even tried the Razer Headset Pairing Utility but it keeps telling me to power down the headset despite it being turned off. So I guess the dongle is broken. It also doesn't recognize the dongle being plugged in unless I use the USB-A adapter with it. In hopes of this being a software issue: is there any way to fix this? If not I am just going to send it to the service.

Did you check in the device manager if the dongle's driver was detected? If it's detected, try to reinstall the driver and plug the dongle into a different USB port. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you address the connection issue of your device. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
